The standard keyboard has
  1. 6 Rows of keys
  2. 26 keys for the letters of the alphabet

KeyPurpose
ShiftHold down to type in UPPER CASE characters
Caps LockLocks the keyboard so that all capitals type
CtrlControl key used for shortcuts
AltAlternate key used for shortcuts
WindowUsed like a shift key to perform Windows 10 functions
FNFunction key. Uses the function keys on the top row but is dependant on a system setting
TabUsed to move to the next field
ArrowThere are 4 arrow keys ← → ↑ ↓ that moves the cursor
