Shortcut 69 - Ctrl+Alt+Arrow - Set Text Direction

This is pretty cool and I don't know if it works on all computers.

If I press Ctrl+Alt+→ the text on the screen is shifted.

If I press Ctrl+Alt+↑ it goes back to normal. Note that tis is monitor independent.
