| One way to discover shortcut is by hovering the mouse over the Ribbon.
You must stop the mouse pointer over an item for about a second and Excel will show you fi there is a shortcut you can use. Not only will Excel tell you about a shortcut if one exists it will give you a brief description of what the icon you're hovering over can do. |
